Access to IT support in the Faculty is via the service desk.  The service desk will provide information about the IT services available and advice on their use. You can report service failures or make standard service requests such as making a cluster booking or asking for a PC to be installed. Often the service desk will be able to deal with your query directly. However it may require an appointment to be made for a member of the desktop systems team to call out or it may be the query will need further research to find the answer. In either instance you will be given a job ticket number and if a visit is required a day and time will be agreed.
