Requests for additional services or changes of services can be submitted by the service desk. Major changes would need to be backed by a business case which could be presented to HISC for consideration
A wide portfolio of IT services are delivered in the University by central, Faculty and School IT groups.
A description of the services offered by the Humanities ICT Office is available in our service catalogue or you can look through the A-Z section of this website.
These are augmented by services provided by the IT Services Division. Some specialist IT services are provided within Schools and in the case of MBS there is a school IT group providing a wide range of services.
